Filters gebruiken
Je kunt filters gebruiken om het aantal resultaten dat in lijsten wordt weergegeven, te beperken. Tekstvelden ondersteunen verschillende opties om in meer detail te bepalen wat eruit wordt gefilterd.
!...- Door een
!voor je tekst te plaatsen, kun je zoeken naar alles dat de tekst in het veld niet bevat. ...!- Door een
!aan het einde van je tekst te plaatsen, kun je zoeken naar elke entiteit met exact deze tekst in het veld. !!!!schrijven in een veld zoekt naar alle entiteiten waar dit veld leeg is.
Je kunt zoekopties op tekstvelden combineren door ; te schrijven. Bijvoorbeeld Alex;!Smith
Filters en geordende kolommen die zijn ingesteld voor een entiteitenlijst, worden in je sessie opgeslagen, dus zolang je verbonden blijft, hoef je ze niet op elke pagina opnieuw in te stellen.
Attribute name
You can filter entities based on their attributes. The search fields are exact matches for both the name and value. When the value field is left empty, it looks for entities that have an attribute with that exact name. You can type !Level to exclude entities with an attribute called Level.
The filter doesn't evaluate attribute calculations. If an attribute has a value of HP * Level, searching for the result of that calculation isn't possible.
When filters are active, the copy to clipboard button becomes active. This copies the filters to your clipboard, and you can use those for dashboard widget filters or for quick link filters.
