A former lieutenant of Klayt Varie and another name on the hit list given to Crephi Ritsk by her patron. (Though really, Lumis Boneforge provided the name and Crephi Ritsk mentioned it to her patron, seemingly to his dismay.)
He led the Southern Pineme Shipping and Trading Company (S.P.S.T.C.) and was known to be a master manipulator. He took part in the Sinking of Amestown and went to his death convinced he did the right thing - that it (indirectly) brought peace to the continent and eventually emancipation of the slaves.
He was able to enlist the aid of a Planetar and had owned the Promethean Chain.
