The Message

This sword is said to have been wielded by Hermes. While using it, you gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls and if you have levels in rogue, you gain an additional 1d6 to your sneak attack damage.

Fancy Footwork. During your turn, if you make a melee attack against a creature, that creature can’t make opportunity attacks against you for the rest of your turn.

Rakish Audacity. You don’t need advantage on the attack roll to use your Sneak Attack against a creature if you are within 5 feet of it, no other creatures are within 5 feet of you, and you don’t have disadvantage on the attack roll. All the other rules for Sneak Attack still apply to you.

Charge. As an action, in lieu of making an attack, you can move in a straight line up to your movement speed, any creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC is 8 + the wielder's DEX + the wielder's Proficiency Bonus). They take the equivalent of your sneak attack damage on a failed save or no damage on a success.
